Today I stripped the bed vacuumed the mattress turned it, put all fresh clean bedding on there is nothing like that feeling of lovely fresh clean linen when you get into bed at night.

Although gory this made me smile because these little things reminded me of a rather good meal cooked by a Northern Lady for WC members at Greywell, Hants.
How many should I bring back to the UK, Annie?

I hadn't thought of counting the legs. That's very thorough of you, Annie. I have to agree about leaving the heads on. I've prepared rabbits and chickens but don't leave the heads on.

The teeth are the obvious difference.

And the head is a different shape. I'm trying to understand whether or not you are winding us up about the reason for leaving the heads on rabbits! It's believable but...........

Colin ???

No wind up, something we were told on our travels (in Malta possibly?) I've never seen a peeled headless cat but can imagine it looking a lot like a bunny.

Cat, rabbit, dog or horse it’s all meat at the end of the day. ??

Very true, Annie. So I'll leave the rabbits in Spain. There are plenty of cats, dogs and horses around the UK. It'll save a fortune.

Thanks, Chris. Now I know.

The fact that I was so bored and fed up I washed all my skirting boards, door frames and doors and all the white paint work throughout the house it was very satisfying and did make me smile a little when it was all done.
