That's what weekends are for Chris.....got to be able to tell the difference between the week and weekend when your retired, and the weather is true to form.....after lovely weather all week and a good forecast for next week its dull and cool today,

Good morning folks!
Opposite here, we had rain on and off during the week but gorgeous day yesterday and forecast same today. The days sort of blend together except the bread delivery does not come Sunday! We had a big bonfire last evening when it had cooled a little, got rid of the last of the tree debris from some drastic pruning. Got enough firewood seasoning for next year now which is a bonus. Potential inspections of everyone's land are due to check it is all cleared to prevent fires.

Your away early this morning Gordon, I think once my work picks up again I am going to find it a struggle for a while doing early starts,
Since we have been in lockdown I haven’t been waking up until between 5 and 6 in a morning, but I am missing 3am starts especially at this time of year

my back has got so fed up with doing sod-all all the time ,it's decided to turn to jelly. sitting ,standing ,lying down ,all very painful . been like this for a few days now ,any remedies , even off the old wives ?

An exercise David was given was to lay on the floor, bring your knees to your chest, hold there with your arms and rock gently.supposed to stretch the spine,
