Who's Awake

Morning all

Nothing much planned for today especially outdoors as it's forecast for rain for most of it. Oh well: cricket and rugby on the telly so that'll have to do.

Off food shopping this morning. Then it'll be Sunday papers and watching rugby later for me.

We are away for a trip in the MH tomorrow so I'll plug it in today and put some water in to recharge the boiler. I'll get our clothes and food in and make up the bed too. Hopefully I can do all this in between the inevitable rain showers.

We were supposed to be heading off on the first night of a 2 month trip to Spain today...but are going to Cheltenham and Cardiff for 11 nights instead!

oh well, needs must and it'll be nice to get away.

Being away is a bonus....have a great time. We were booked to head off to Portugal tomorrow, changed it to the end of the month for a hospital appointment which will probably be cancelled now anyway. Getting used to everything being unpredictable.

Morning all

We are back early from our planned 11 night trip to Cheltenham and Cardiff because a soon as the French travel restrictions were lifted, we rebooked our 2 month trip to Spain. We needed this week at home to sort some stuff out as we are away from next Monday.

We are off into Carmarthen this morning for a few bits and bobs then little planned for the rest of the day. I need to sort our exit tests out for next week: whether to try and stop at a clinic or et them posted to our home address to take with us.

Off into Llandeilo to pick up our prescriptions so we have enough meds for our trip next week. After that just bimbling around doing some bits 'n' bobs really.

Bungalow cleaning this morning then a walk out this afternoon as the weather seems to be staying nice at the mo.
 
Loft flooring and wiring runs today, the worst bit is the insulation which makes you itch, now the cat wont come near me. 😂
