Your away early this morning Gordon, I think once my work picks up again I am going to find it a struggle for a while doing early starts,
Since we have been in lockdown I haven’t been waking up until between 5 and 6 in a morning, but I am missing 3am starts especially at this time of year

my back has got so fed up with doing sod-all all the time ,it's decided to turn to jelly. sitting ,standing ,lying down ,all very painful . been like this for a few days now ,any remedies , even off the old wives ?
